Delete your Patine'N'Rythme account
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This page covers the Patine’N’Rythme app and the pnr.paris website. It explains how to have your account erased and what goes with it.
First: the app works without an account
Skating, recording a session, following a group skate, finding a water point, generating a route: none of this needs an account, and none of it reaches us. If you have never signed in, there is no account to delete. Uninstalling the app erases everything it kept.
On the website
- Go to pnr.paris/login, signed in.
- Click “Delete my account”.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate, and a message tells you it is done.
Nothing to ask anyone, nothing to wait for: the account is erased the moment you confirm. It is the same account as in the app, and it disappears from both.
In the app
The button arrives with the next version. Until then, the website above does exactly the same thing, in one gesture and without writing to anyone.
If you can reach neither the app nor the site
Write to contact@pnr.paris from the email address of your account, the one on the Google or Apple account you signed in with. That is how we check the request is really yours. We confirm by email within thirty days at the most, and usually within a few days. If that address is out of reach too, write to us anyway: we will find another way to confirm the account is yours.
What is deleted
Everything that ties you to your account:
- your Google or Apple identifier, email address, display name, profile picture and rider name;
- your sign-in sessions, including the IP addresses and browsers recorded with them;
- the notification tokens of your phones, which stops notifications;
- your friends and any pending friend requests;
- the group skates you organised, with their invitations, replies and roles;
- your attendance on other people’s skates;
- the positions and tracks you published during a skate while leading the group;
- your sign-ups for lesson sessions.
What is kept, and why
- Spots you submitted that were approved stay in the public catalogue, detached from your account: nothing records that you submitted them. A spot describes a place, not a person, and removing it would deprive everyone of somewhere that still exists. If you would rather it went too, say so in your email and we will take it down.
- Spots still awaiting review, or rejected, are deleted with the account.
- If your account was banned from the community, we keep a record of that decision, without your identity, for as long as the ban lasts. Otherwise deleting the account would be a way to undo it.
We keep nothing else, and no backup copy beyond thirty days.
Deleting only part of it
You do not have to delete everything to erase something:
- A spot you submitted: from pnr.paris/spots, signed in, on the spot’s card.
- Sessions recorded on your phone: they never left the device, and are deleted one by one in the app.
Group skates and the tracks published during a skate arrive with the next version of the app, and will be erased from the skate’s screen. We will update this page the day it is published.
What we receive and what we keep is set out in full in the privacy policy.
