The site and the app

The pnr.paris website and the Patine’N’Rythme app are published by Patine’N’Rythme, an undeclared collective of skaters with no legal personality of its own. They are therefore published by a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity.

Under article 6 III-2 of the French law on confidence in the digital economy, that person has given their identity to the site’s host, who keeps it available to the judicial authorities, and is not required to publish it here.

What the site publishes

The routes and announcements of skating associations shown in the app come from those associations’ own publications. Patine’N’Rythme does not organise those skates, guarantees neither that they will take place nor what route they will take, and only relays them.

Spots submitted by the community are published after review. To report content you believe to be unlawful or inaccurate, write to contact@pnr.paris: we will take it down or correct it as soon as we can.

Intellectual property

The Patine’N’Rythme name, its logo and the texts on this site belong to it. Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap and its contributors under the ODbL licence. Water points, toilets and street surface data come from the open data portals of the cities concerned, under their own licences.
